Overflow Hotels
If you are not able to get a hotel room at the conference venue, overflow hotels are available. These hotels are located across the street and within walking distance to the event. Hotel links will be provided to you in your conference registration confirmation email or use the links below to make your hotel reservations. Please register for the conference first and then make your hotel reservation. Do not call the hotels directly, or you will not receive the per-diem room rate.
All hotels have their own policies and procedures that will apply to hotel rooms and parking. Reference each hotel website for parking, hotel information, and prices.
Room holds are not allowed, and there is a two-room limit per person at all hotels secured for this event. Individual hotel reservation, refund, and cancellation policies will apply.
Locations for overflow hotels can be found by clicking on the map link to your left. Please do not call hotels directly because they will not honor the per diem room rate. If you choose another hotel, per diem rates at the conference rate will not apply.
