The Office of the Attorney General’s Open Records Division and Opinion Committee are hosting a conference for the general public, government employees and public officials, representatives of the media, and anyone else who interacts with governmental bodies in Texas.

This conference will focus on fostering a better understanding of the Texas Public Information Act and the Texas Open Meetings Act, both of which help make the work of governmental bodies in the state transparent to the public.
